My new heroes...
I just saw Wilco on Austin City Limits and was totally blown away.

There are no accidents, but I don't know if I believe in destiny...
I really dig their vibe, their soul.
I'd never rip the sound of the band, but it's really interesting how some of the music I've written has the same feel.
Another instance of the whole same side of different coins thing...
The stuff I hear in my head when I'm drifting off to sleep sounds like some of Wilco's stuff.
By the time I get around to playing what I almost remember, it's mostly gone. I've lost what made it special.
I need to have a recorder next to my bed, if Mary will put up with me humming under the covers...
