Anyway, he was missing after N.O. went under. He lent his car to friends to get out before Katrina hit and didn't get out himself until Saturday or Sunday.

I'm a little worried for my pals who live along the coast. The tally has people living from Houston all the way to Daphne, AL (it was through the Keys but somebody had to move) so this storm has threatened most of them at one time or another.

I think I'm done building guitar effects for a while. It was fun and I learned a lot but it seriously gets in the way of playing music.

These'll go on my pedalboard tomorrow and I finally start playing through them.
