A million atomic bombs?

While still reeling over the news about the East Asia earthquake and tsunami I found an article over at CNN that is keeping my mouth agape.

The East Asia quake was strong enough to upset the Earth's rotation.

It causes the planet to wobble a little bit, but it's not going to turn Earth upside down.
